Think of The Marketing Department as a general contractor for your marketing projects.

When you build a home, a general contractor manages a variety of vendors who each specialize in specific areas of expertise. Just like a general contractor would hire landscapers, plumbers, electricians and painters, The Marketing Department pulls in designers, copywriters, programmers and printers when needed. Our clients benefit by gaining access to broad expertise without the hassle and expense of managing/hiring these experts individually.

Dan Quigley (dquigley@TheMarkDept.com)

Dan brings entrepreneurial, creative and management experience to the marketing strategies of our clientele. In addition to developing marketing strategies, Dan implements and optimizes all aspects of a marketing plan, including sales processes, website strategy, online advertising, direct mail, PR and e-mail marketing.

Dan is also the founder of Change Round-Up, a company that enables online shoppers to round-up their purchase price to the nearest dollar and donate the electronic “spare change” to a charity. Dan continues to be actively involved with Change Round-Up.

Dan is a graduate of Providence College (BS, Marketing) and the University of Notre Dame (MBA). Dan previously worked for Boston-based Digitas, Inc., one of the nation’s premiere interactive marketing agencies. His primary roles involved account and project management for large fortune 500 clients including General Motors and AT&T.

Dan also serves as the Chairman of the Board of the United Way of Columbia and Greene Counties, Vice President of the Coxsackie Area Chamber of Commerce, the College of St. Rose Board of Associates and Chairs the Village of Coxsackie Planning Board. Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children in his hometown of Coxsackie, NY.
